Probate Pricing can depend on a number of factors. In general, we don’t accept probate matters in counties other than St. Louis County, St. Louis City County, St. Charles, and Jefferson Counties.
Available for discussion: Lincoln, Franklin, Washington counties (but not excited).

In general: NO CONTESTED PROBATES. So if someone disputes a will? or family disagrees on value? not our gig (for now).
Ideal framework:
Down Payment: up to $2500.
Monthly fee: $250/mo
Percentage of final estate: 5% to 10%, depending on value of estate.
Down payment and monthly fee can be waived (at david’s discretion) to land case.
Ideal client: House to be probated, no contest, just need the probate done. In that case, can do % of final estate and nothing else. Coordinate with David to confirm details.
